We strongly believe in what we do, and we want to share the happy faces behind C2’s Service Delivery Team, who we think truly separate us in the business continuity market.

Why we are different?

We are constantly thriving to make our users experience easier and more effective. It is the continual collaboration with our customers before, during and after adoption of our software that creates a relationship like no other. We don’t have pushy sales reps or outdated software, we are a think tank for industry innovation with a creative team of designers, developers, and technical support staff working together to push the boundaries of Business Resilience software provision.

Aimee Quinn (Risk & Resilience Analyst)

As part of the Service Delivery team we assist and advise our clients of the best way to implement a successful Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). I can empathise with our clients who haven't had any prior experience of business continuity, and I am there to help and support to make the process as painless as possible.

During my first week at C2, I flew to Dublin to assist a client in their implementation and have since assisted in numerous deployments both onsite and remotely – suffice to say we like to go the extra mile for our clients.

Donna Maclellan (Risk & Resilience Analyst)

We help customers with all things Business Continuity – from Business Impact Analysis to training, we will do anything we can to help.

We understand that different customers have different needs, so we will help you to utilise our software in the most effective way to suit your business needs.

Our customers can always contact us directly and we will do everything we can to solve any queries fast and efficiently.

Charles Farrell (Risk & Resilience Manager)

I have a professional BC Practitioner background with extensive experience in the delivery of business continuity management projects.

As part of the C2 service delivery team I have been involved in the design and implementation of fully documented Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) for clients in a wide range of business sectors worldwide.

Through the deployment of our software and engagement with our clients, the service delivery team are able to support our clients in all aspects of BCM including:

Arlene Smith (Technical Support Analyst)

At the service desk we are the first point of contact for clients requiring advice or assistance with C2 Systems.

It is our job to resolve each query quickly and efficiently whilst offering the best possible solution.

Speaking with the same users regularly allows us to build a great rapport and get a feel for our customer's needs.

We then share our feedback with our design authority and look at ways in which we can improve the user experience.

Callum Brown (Technical Support Analyst)

We work hard every day to provide all our clients with a first-class service. Part of why I personally enjoy working at C2 is purely down to the day to day interactions with clients all over the world.

On the Support Team we do our best to make sure that no matter what area you require help with, and whether you log a ticket or make a call, you know that your query is being dealt with personally by the service team in order to provide you with the best possible solution.
