BCMS Features - Incident Management / Notification

The system comes with in-built Incident Management / Emergency Notification capability including communication methods such as: Email, One & Two-way SMS, Text-to-Voice Messaging, Call Conferencing and Live Real-Time Bulletin Boards ensuring you can communicate with your staff effectively in the event of an incident.

Incidents are created within the system providing access to a dedicated incident dashboard containing critical information and access to communication and incident resolution tools. As well as the notification tools users can create or pull in incident checklists and track progress against each checklist item as well as providing real-time updates. The system allows you to see all current live incidents and which business continuity plans they relate to as well as the ability to see all previously closed incidents for any post-incident investigation you wish to conduct.

For non-emergency notification the additional call list functionality allow you to build custom call lists ad-hoc and access the same notification tools to communicate to these groups. Call lists can also be automatically built and for specific areas of the business or locations and synced so they will automatically update as your organisations people move around and, are added or leave your organisation.

Mobile Application

Incident notification tools are also available via our native mobile app allowing you to send notifications on the move. The mobile interface allows users to view plans, view associated documents, view check lists, communicate with team members, conduct conference calls, send SMS and send Text to Voice messages.
