If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a Client Relationship Intern to join our expanding Operations Team based in East Kilbride.

The company offers a range of products that support organisational resilience with our primary offering being our BCMS2 application. Our application is used worldwide and is supported by skilled, dedicated and knowledgeable relationships. We are known for our ability to accommodate all clients individual needs.

The day to day tasks: 

  • Support on the day-to-day operation of the Client Management process by delivering world class customer service
  • Maintaining standard procedures and helping deployment and support projects
  • Provide support to account managers/deployment managers in the management and development of a client or group of clients
  • Assist in managing new software deployment projects
  • Support the Operations Team with existing client accounts
  • Work closely with the support desk to facilitate in the delivery of all issues and changes to each client application
  • Work to targets and deadlines to ensure that you are performing to high standards

The person:

  • We need a “can do” attitude, someone who can work under pressure and self-motivate themselves when they are up against impossible deadlines
  • We need flexibility! In this industry we don’t necessarily work 9-5, you need to be willing (and able) to travel both nationally and internationally
  • We need someone ambitious, who knows what they want and is driven to go out and get it 

You’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to demonstrate commitment to effectively managing risk whilst adhering to all company standards and legislative requirements
  • The confidence to speak in public
  • The ability to manage several projects at once
