What are we looking for and what will you be doing?

We are looking for someone with experience in a well-rounded Operations role to join C2 as a support to our Head of Operations. The role is a real mixed bag spread across General Operations, Sales (but not really “sales”), Recruitment/HR assistance, and Customer communication.

We would consider applicants from varied backgrounds as it’s as much to do with the type of person you are i.e. you have to be super organised, have great attention to detail, be able to juggle priorities, meet deadlines and maintain focus. The role will report directly into the Head of Operations and cover the below areas:

Sales Support

  • First point of contact with potential prospects who engage with the website
  • Holding first calls with prospective clients to establish needs and requirements
  • Arranging (but not providing) demonstrations of the software
  • Following up on demonstrations to gauge interest/provide further information
  • Pipeline management and weekly reporting
  • Maintenance of CRM

Operations Support

  • Drafting of proposal documents
  • Drafting of contracts with generic information (software license agreements)
  • Assisting with the coordination of new client onboarding projects
  • Coordination of RFP, RFI, Tender projects
  • Customer service and account management of existing client base

HR/Recruitment Support

  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Screening applicants
  • Arranging interviews and coordinating feedback with line managers
  • Employee contracts
  • New start inductions and paperwork
  • Management of employee holidays

What is the salary, working hours etc?

  • 25k – 30k depending on experience
  • Mon – Thurs 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
  • 30 days holiday, inclusive of 9 stats
  • 2 Friday’s per month off after 1 year service
  • Brand new HQ to work from with inbuilt gym and coffee bar in Glasgow City Centre (the role will be remotely based until Spring/Summer 2021)
